received a box of samples from one of my favorite local designers, caroline hayden & these pleated, hot pink shorts were included. in the summer (if it ever arrives) - i'll be pairing with a crop top, big floppy hat and some slides.
in an unrelated side note, how pretty are these flowering crab/cherry trees in the background? this is my first spring in the poolhouse so i'm witnessing their blooming for the first time.
